I have the 4" service XD in 45 acp and I have to agree that this is one pretty sweet pistol. only 13 rounds of 45 but who's counting. I would recommend it to anyone.

Does anyone have an idea as to just how delayed an order from Springfield might be? I ordered a couple of mags and am just wondering what everyone else has been experiencing lately. Any input would be appreciated.

Nice, I got mine for 159 bucks before the first ban. one of the vendors at the gun show I was at was liquidating his stock. I wish I could have afforded a case of them. I still have it, great shooter with never a problem.

I would carry my stainless PT1911 (45) everyday but it is heavy, RO compact most days.

Good article. I finally got a scout/squad and it lives up to the hype, besides being one of the best looking rifles that ever was its performance is top notch. To me it was worth the wait!!

My first center fire pistol was the Taurus PT-99 which I still have and it is one of the best shooters I own. I also have the PT-1911 and a PT-709 slim and all have been solid. I am a fan, nice pistol!
