no bullets until late summer..???? like WTF...???

I had a good friend that ran a lead bullet business for many years. I got most of my bullets from him at good prices. I even scrounged the old lead wheel weights from work and traded with him. But sadly a few years ago the lead levels in his blood got so high that he was forced to retire and...

47% chance of another 10-20 years. I'm not so sure about that. I've knocked on Heaven's door twice already. I might make it that long, but the truth is that I could keel over any minute.

no bullets until late summer..???? like WTF...???

So they make as many as they think they'll need and move on to something else. Sometimes they guess wrong and run out before its time to run the next batch. That's...

    Sneaky Pete holsters

I've never had one, but I do remember reading a few reviews by owners over the years on various gun forums. General opinion: too big, too bulky and too slow. But bear in mind that this came from the internet. YMMV

    gene pool minus one...???

To begin with he's an arrogant, egotistical ass who wants to run the country and apparently does. :poop: I'm all for downsizing government and cutting waste. But Musk is swinging the axe wildly. Cutting too much too fast. We actually do need some of the stuff they've cut. But it also seems to...

    Feeling nostalgic

As a kid, there was a Burger Chef just a few blocks from my house. Easy walking distance. I remember them regularly running a special of 5 burgers for $1.00. Being a broke teenager, I ate there a lot. ;)

    Feeling nostalgic

When I was a kid I used to spend most of my summers at my Grandparent's farm. I remember my Grand Daddy taking me to the local general store. We'd get 5 cents of bologna, five cents of cheese, a 5 cent pack of crackers and a 10 cent drink. For a total of one quarter, we had a filling lunch. 😁...
