Has anybody tried a 5” Prodigy w/EGW magwell in the IDPA box yet?

I have both a 4.25 and a 5” Prodigy. The slide to frame fit and barrel/lug fit is as good as any 1911/2011 I’ve had including an STI Matauder and a Les Baer Premier. The trigger on the 5” was fine. The 4.25 trigger needed a little TLC. Both run great with any ammo, even my Bunny fart IDPA...

From Springfield: Guys I didn’t start this thread because I needed “help” as was mentioned. Just making a comment. Luckily I have 2 DPP’s and Natchez has those plates in stock at a great price and have them ordered.

Anyone else catch the price increase on the Prodigy optic plates at the Springfield store?!!

EGW’s Prodigy magwell is now available. I t looks pretty good. Have one ordered.

Did the small ridges at the bottom of the grip cause any problems getting it on?
