1:8 will be good from 55-77gr. Just gotta get out there and see what your barrel likes the best. Each barrel has its preferences, you gotta find out which. And this ^ is concerning best accuracy. For bulk purchases for range or stocking up any respectable brand of 193 or 855 will do.

Hmm didn't figure a civilian model designation would effect a military model designation. The Colt M5 is a 5.56mm and the SIG is 6.8mm, two different carbines.
