I agree Trump got distracted a lot, and although he may be considered the lesser of two evils, don’t be sucked in by the continuously biased press and polls. If you value your freedom, get out and vote!

It really saddens me how many “regular” people have died or been displaced from their homes and livelihood because of this unwarranted war. What a tragedy, and it just keeps on keeping on.

Thanks, Anni. When going over sight alignment, the author describes setting the sights so the point of impact is at the top of the front sight. That is how I have always aligned my sights, but I have read self defense articles that say the front sight should be right over the point of impact...

I can empathize with you Bella. It is a hard thing. I wish I could say something that would make it all better but there are no words for that. Just know you have friends here and you can talk to us anytime. May God strengthen you during this difficult time.

I realize that accidental discharges are caused (or mostly caused) by human error, but I am human. I goof up once in a while. I would prefer a little more margin for goofups. than a striker fired pistol provides. But, that’s just me. Probably a little over cautious. :)

Thanks, Anni. I know I am not one off the cool kids because I prefer DA/SA and have never shot a striker fired pistol let alone owned one. The first DA trigger pull then switching ti SA doesn’t bother me.

I like revolvers. None of mine are 16 gauge though. :)

Somehow, “vehicular assault” sounds barren and cold compared to “murder.” My daughter frequently reminds me that people are driving around in deadly weapons. Sadly, most don’t understand that.

I have only used a push type that my son gave me. Then again, I haven’t tried to be a speed demon with it. Jerry Miculek has a video on shooting a revolver, reloading with a speed loader and shooting more. He is unbelievably fast!
