Today am opening several boxes and then cutting them apart to make bottoms for the reusable grocery bags my wife has bought. Switched out the EDC to this Boker locking blade trapper for the reasons you mention. Another completely mundane day in the life of the EDC carry knife, at least mine...

It's a decent primer on knives in general, I would not say just EDC, there I thought the same thing, but did not say anything as I tend to get to long winded talking about knives lol. Good primer article for those who know very little about knives in general.

Did one oh 20 years ago, was fun and beautiful. Got off and took a train along the interior and met back with boat later. Was very enjoyable.

Enjoy that trip to Mexico. With my wifes ailments any trip will be spur of the moment, if she wakes and feels like going somewhere we will go.
