Yesterday I went out for a photoshoot for an article I wrote for The armory life about these AracniGrips. Kind of cool, they definitely give you a very firm grip on the slide. One thing I didn't include in the article was a tiny detail. My arm rubs on the grip tape when I'm walking.

Tried it soaking wet as well, been raining all day here.

Make sure you watch for the article here on TAL.

And yes, I'm hoping to spend some more time here soon. School has been busy as I near the end of this degree. I'm building a 1911 for advanced armoring and writing a paper on why the ATF should remove suppressors from the list of regulated items. Only three more weeks to go and this semester will be done.

If they would pass the "National Hearing Protection Act"

Spot on. I'll be covering a lot of that in the paper. I'll also be covering how to legally manufacture your own suppressor, how to get good quality parts, how to go through the process of registering using form 1 online, and only waiting two to four weeks instead of six months or more.
