After hearing feedback, the potential new owner of a Delafield gun club said he would have only an indoor range

Seems like a fine business gentleman.
Not going to bust the apple at 600 yards on an indoor range.
Seems that range was in the wrong location, or perhaps businesses grew up around it over the years.

There is plenty of open country in that area.

Agreed on the businessman, sounds like a good thoughtful person.
Likely the neighborhood grew up around the business, but not sure.
Like distantly built airports or military bases, neighborhoods slowly encroach on those entities and then complain about the previously established places....and likely their own ignorance for living there? Good buffers or better zoning in the future may help those businesses or others later on? To me, sounds like poorly trained zoning officials in the past are the real culprits?
