Bow hunters

Just a curious question for all you bowhunters: What's your farthest kill shot with a bow? I've never been a bow hunter, I did try once and was terrible so I'll stick to my shotgun.

I haven't bow hunted in a while now, but back when I did, my longest kill shot was about 25 yards (maybe 30).

Well the warhead won't arm until it moves past 25 meters but I can take big games up to 600 meters with my bow.

To be respectful to the animal, 30 yards max. I know people can shoot farther, I practice much further, but shooting past 30 yards can introduce too many variables that can result in a wounded animal.

My longest was 42 steps. That wasn't my preferred distance (30 was preferred), but it was the only shot I had. Note. I had been practicing all week at 40, so I was confident in my ability to make the shot. Would I do it again, probably not.
