Saw that this morning, it’s great, California should have never went that far as a background check for ammo, just like the judge stated in his writing.
From the link:
"Voters approved toughening California’s already strict firearms laws in 2016, and the restrictions took effect last July."
Maybe I'm just naive, but I find it difficult to believe the "voters" approved of the background checks to purchase ammo. Do the anti-2A folks outnumber the law-abiding citizens of California to that extent?
