The on again off again status of this bill is nothing short of ridiculous. Nevertheless, the 9th Circus ruled in our favor (at least for now). While they note that arguments will be heard in April, we know that Newsome and Bonta will be up to their shenanigans to try an end run on the 2A tomorrow or Monday.

They have read it. Probably more so than some of the pro-2A judges. The difference is...they don't care about it because it disagrees with their prejudice and liberal leanings.
