Defensive Gun Uses in the U.S.A.
The Heritage Foundation has created a new interactive map that tracks defensive gun uses in the United States. All of the law-abiding citizens featured in this database successfully defended their liberties, lives, or livelihoods with the lawful use of a firearm. These cases are not based on hearsay, but on verifiable reports found through public sources. https://www.heritage.org/data-visualizations/firearms/defensive-gun-uses-in-the-us/

Great link MM69. I can vouch for the ones in North East Pa. area (Allentown), in fact I think there may be one or two more in my area that I recently read about. If I remember, it was a home invasion where one intruder was killed and the other wounded and the homeowner rightfully wasn't going to be charged. Sadly these incidents are dwarfed by actually criminal shootings that occur in this area, and I fully understand the run on guns (at least here), because of this.
