Medical Kits: What You Need to Know

I agree with him. The liklihood of having to deal with some sort of trauma is high. Thanks for sharing.
 
One thing I’d add on setting up a kit—

If you haven’t been trained in using something, DO NOT USE IT.

And I’m going to add further:

WATCHING A VIDEO IS NOT TRAINING.

Hands on training from somebody who knows how to use it, because there’s a fair amount of lifesaving equipment that can make matters worse if not used properly.

Amen! Don’t make matters worse...get the training! In fact I suggest getting the training before you put your kit together.
