I’ve found Peppermint tea the best when I have have a cold with sinus congestion or w/seasonal allergies. As a coffee drinker, I rarely drink tea. But if the common cold or the regular flu ever comes back - I’m ready.

then to get rid of it.....

it was like pulling teeth with no novocaine.....it could not be done easily and painlessly.....!!!!!

that was the LAST TIME i let the Mrs tell me we should try mint.........

any time the Mrs says she needs "some mint" for a recipe..??

i buy her a box of Jr. Mints........
