I'll be siding the coop this weekend with cedar clapboard and trim.
The chicken wire aka hardware cloth won't be delivered until the 10th.
The coop dimensions are 6ft X 12Ft & 7ft high in the front with the hen house being 4ft X 6ft.
When it's finished @Annihilator is going to move in with his roommate @BET7 and start paying rent.

I'll need to build a fashion runway to show all the chicken clothing Anni's launching this fall.That's impressive. I am sure you will build a walk in closet for them for their many boots and outfits.
My daughter also is talking chickens. Haven't decided on it yet.
