I haven't tried venison in a mushroom cream sauce yet. Mushrooms go very well with potatoes, and mushroom sauce works well with pork and chicken. I' m used to cooking champignon - as for me it' s the most familiar one which is easy to prepare. A friend once advised me to cook some mushrooms, particularly tremella. It's also very tasty and edible, so you shouldn`t be afraid using this as a meal. In addition to taste, the product has some health benefits. It makes a yummy salad, you can roast them and it's also great for a creamy sauce. I`ll try to make this recipe as well, though I`m not a fan of venison. Who else`s cooked this?
