Reminds me of the mk46depth charges we carried at the end of the cold War, the hole left in the ocean by the nuke explosion would have created a tsunami that would have had devastating effects on the ship deploying it !

By a fluke I was a crew member on the Davy Crockett while stationed with the 327th Division of the 101st in 1963. Short part of a long story, the Davy Crockett kept me out of the big buildup in Vietnam.
