I see the XDS made the list, and is my current (IWB) carry. I switched over to my XD Mod2 9mm last week, but couldn't get comfortable with it, so went back to the XDS9.

Interesting article, especially the graphic at the end.

Wheel guns, for CCW, I would choose Smith & Wesson, especially the snubbies. They are hard to beat for convenience, reliability, accuracy, safety, "friendliness" to newbies, and just in general an all around great weapon.

On a side note:
One of the firearms classes I took this week, 2 shooters had massive realiabilty and feed issues. I even offered my ammo to see if it was an ammo issue. Firearm failed even with 3 types of ammo.

Weapon 1: Canik 9mm Tp9
User recently purchased and had 200 rounds thru it. it gave him a feed issues every drill - he got really good on failure drills

weapon 2: Taurus G2c 9mm
Same issues as #1

i’ll stay away from those 2 makers
