W VA versus the EPA and implications for the ATF

If I surmise the case properly, IF the Supreme Court rules in favor of West Virginia, it could upend the federal agencies ability to write legislation. Send it to Congress/Legislators to write laws. Like they should.

This would also put the ability of the ATF to write new legislation in regards to gun laws null and void. Enforcement only of Congress’ laws.

Make attacks by agencies by proxy for an Administration extremely difficult .
