I just recently purchased a XDe 3.8 9mm. I didn't get an eye roll from the wife but instead a head shake followed with the single word "WOW". Gotta love her and the sarcasm. BTW love the gun also.

Not trying to take business away from Springfield, but a tip for other firearms you may own and their hard to find magazines in general, you can also try GunMagWarehouse.com. They have a large selection of magazines from all firearm manufactures, at competitive prices. But sometimes (like with the SA Hellcat 11 round mags), nobody seems to have them. They are back in stock now in many places, I just got my shipment of back ordered Hellcat 11 rounders from Midway USA.
