He moved to NY upstate a few months ago. That is him, he told me about some guy hitting himself with a handgun but didn't tell me it was recorded.

That’s been on YouTube for awhile. Apparently it was an “instructor” teaching a class and there were several students and that guy in the blue shirt was hilarious. The “instructor” waived the gun around and the guy in the blue shirt ducked back then the face he made when he got hit in the face with his own pistol.
