Been on phone all evening with Comcast, sent my payment in on 5/29 then on 6/5, my app said no balance due, I get on there app last night and it shows I have a due balance, over 2 hours with there xfinity assistant, then a live person, they have no clue why it showed no due balance and according to them they havenāt received my payment. Plus itās due today, so they opened an inquiry on my issue, what a pain, but they said not to make any additional payment till they get in touch with me in the next 3 daysā¦ā¦I hate that company
