I set out two live traps last night and one the door was shut and bait gone, the other the bait was gone and door still open. NO CRITTERS. Is my yard haunted?

Maybe if i lay one of my 320's in there it will go off and shoot the critter. something is getting in my fish pond and killing all the goldfish in it.

Sounds like a ‘****. They’re crafty lil devils. Neighbor calls them “trash can pandas”. He had luck keeping them away with a liberal dosing of the area with Coyote urine he’d bought from a trapping supply. Worked until they deyermined there were not real ‘totes hanging around,

I use peanut butter, raisins and oats in small rodent (mice, rats, squirrels, etc) traps. The ants attack the traps within minutes and set off the traps. I need a killer cat.

I can believe an apostrophe followed by the last four letters in the word Raccoon got blocked. Are you kidding me? This was obviously NOT a slur of anykind against anybody. I’d never even thought of that until I saw the pound signs replacing the letters. I called these pests that for my whole life, as has everyone I know-with zero intention of insulting or harming or offending anyone. I wonder what the moderators call Daniel Boone’s hat?

Try putting the peanut butter directly ON the trap’s trigger plate. They’ll have to work to get if off, which will trip the trigger. Also you may need to “Block” the sides/top of the trap. A RACCOON may be able to reach through the side to get the goodies without entering the trap.

That wasn't blocked by a moderator. The site has an auto censor built in that blocks it. None of the mods here are that fast that we can instantly censor a post. The mods here can't even get around the auto censor.

Put a game camera on it. I'm going to bet it's some version of a crane or the aforementioned trash panda.
