Now days, the first thing I do is read the ingredients with my cell phone.
When I see, bio-engineered/GMO and a list of ingredients that I need to use my cell phone exactly what they are I never ever buy those products.

For example: I grew up using Helmsman Mayonnaise. Now days it is made with bio-engineered/GMO so I never buy that product. I now buy Mayonnaise with only the same ingredients as the foods we all grew up with.

Also, for example If I want say chocolate by Nestle made in the USA it is listed with bio-engineered/GMO so as I live in a latin area with a few latin stores, I can get the same Nestle chocolate made outside the USA made with chocolate, eggs, milk, sugar, just like the chocolate we grew up with.
I have found that outside the USA there are laws that forbid many of the USA foods that are carcinogen types of foods.

NOTE: if you really care about your health, choose wisely

My dad used to eat raw, thick, sliced white onions with salt and pepper on white bread. I like most all food, but that ain't cutting it! He ate very hot jalapeno peppers and loved them, too. That's a spicy meatball!
 
Well up for the big day! Can't have coffee or anything to eat. I haven't had anything solid since Saturday. My buddy is up and has had her breakfast. Will be going in about 1.5 hours to the party place. Not looking forward to this at all. Will NEVER do it again. If you don't hear from me by tonight something bad happened. Take care everyone.

Words of caution -- don't make the first solid meal be from Taco Bell.

Just relax and enjoy the ride. It's a good maintenance procedure. I pray everything is normal.
