Wondering about what if

Question about destroying/tampering with evidence

If someone deletes a video of a crime what would it fall under......misdemeanor or felony especially when they refused to show the video.


Im asking as the DA next door stated at the top of his lungs he's going to kill me.........3 of my kids heard him state this and will give or make the local cops do a report about what they heard.

Wife had a pretty serious case on her neck took a good while, more than few doctor visits to get it cleared up.

Did say over time the brain blocks it out. Thats kinda whats happening to me. I rarely pick up on it unless I “look” for it

Had pretty bad " Spyder Webs " in both eyes after cataract surgery. They did laser flashing cleared the problem.
