Ronin 10mm is TRASH!

I’ve had more than a a few pass through my hands in my striker days. Never had an issue, but always seemed to find something to change or add here and there. What they did perfect was making them so easy to clean….A CAVEMAN COULD DO IT! Seriously, usually less than five minutes from disassembly, thorough cleaning, reassembly…regardless of number of rounds/type of ammo fired. At least IMO.

I am not a weird Glock fanboy, I was joshin... but I do have a lot of them. I have an older G17 that I take to the range just to put rounds downrange, I have never cleaned it once, just to see... Of course I would not carry it, but damn that thing keeps on going.

Every other gun that I could purchase in that gun shop were flawless. Both Springfield had problems. I guess I have to overlook those because they're such a great American company right?

Honestly, those by the ejection port are from test firing the gun. The other one a simple black marker, walla gone. It too could be from installing the sight.

Don’t know what to tell you other than if I dumped every gun I own that had a ding, I’d have…zero guns. Regardless of manufacturer.

The above test-fire brass mark and/or mark on the rear sight due to a minor bump, is miniscule.

Calling the entire pistol trash is...

I guess someone would freak out against a dealer/manufacturer when they buy a new car and find a...

Besides, there will be more marks on it when the first owner-done round goes down range.

And especially after breaking it down, cleaning it, reassembling it if you’ve never done those things with a 1911 before. Be careful removing and reinstalling that slide stop/release…it has developed quite a reputation over time!

Did you open the box fresh brand new with them?

Thats pretty meh for the amount of nastiness you spewed.

That’s why I love the LGS where I usually pick up my ordered guns. They get the box from the back, bring it to the counter with the shipping invoice taped to it, and open it after I get there. Can’t remember a time where the gun wasn’t still tightly wrapped in the plastic bag, if it came with one.

Honestly, clean the Ronin and go shoot it. You may feel different in the end.
Also, if you’ve read this forun for any amount of time you would see that we are not a bunch of SA fanboys. We shoot everything from high end Staccatos to Hi-Points.

If you are going to complain about every little ding, scratch and/or blemish, then don't you dare carry it. The holster, regardless of material, will cause some wear on the finish of said firearm.

As far as fanboy status is concerned, I have 2 XDs and the rest are Smith and Wesson revolvers. Not one of my guns are perfect,

Cleaning the Glock takes no longer than the complete dishwasher cycle.

I don't know about that as I'm pretty fast on washing dishes

I prefer Sigs but the 43X is really a good little gun, I tweaked it up a little. With the 15 round mag kit, trigger, optics. Right now it is my workout carry...

The glocks never felt right in my hand but i handled a 19 the other week and it felt different. Not sure why.
I have a shield plus for carry, which i like, so it seems silly to get a 43x. I also have M&P9 and M&P45 for HD so getting a glock 19 is redundant as well. I think the glock is in the “nice to have” group. This wouldn’t be a problem if i had a bunch of $$$.
