Plaid board shorts, white socks, and sandals complete the look. Just picture the shocked expression of the mugger when you whip your .45 out from under that shirt.....You're practically invisible in that shirt!
I suppose that depends on how much junk you carry!is it possible to conceal carry in a banana hammock ?
asking for all those Portlandiers....

Spot on. I spent the last 3 days at the Houston Medical Complex walking to and from the Hospital wearing shorts, t shirts and carrying my 4.25" TRP which 6 months ago I couldn't imagine. I learned with the right setup you can wear anything and carry anything. Why do they have to be mutually exclusive? Unless you wear a lot of spandex/stretchy fabric there’s really no need to change up one’s wardrobe. A good holster is the key. I like a holster with a claw and a wedge. I can conceal a 4.25 2011 with shorts and a t-shirt using a holster like that.
Victoria has a SymphonyCargo shorts, loose fitting shirt usually a magellan fishing shirt, and sturdy belt for iwb carry take care of most of my excursions these days. For a while after retirement I wore 511 pants but people I didn't even know were talking to me like I was the police. I went to a concert at the Victoria Symphony a bit ago so I wore a sport coat. That worked out well. If it was just cool enough all year to wear a jacket or vest (western style).
Yes. I can and do carry two snub j-frames under a good quality t-shirt. The only thing that changes for me is the color. If I’m at work and need a collar, I put a button up on, often but not always UntuckIt and a Gap T. Some days just one concealed, somedays a K-frame snub and a J like today.I've found that once you reach a certain age (for me at least) you become nearly invisible so it doesn't seem to be much of an issue anymore.

They don't look up from their phones long enough to notice. And 5.11 does make nondescript clothingSame, just OWB and not IWB.
Nothing screams cop like 511. Every single cop I know wears that stuff.
I'd rather look like an old bum with two days beard growth and a wrinkled Hawaiian patter shirt... no one pays them any attention.
Well way back I was known to frequent The Wild Wild West, Silver Dollar Saloon, Yellow Rose Saloon, The Forum Club and one that was on Bus 59 for my music and dance. Glad to hear the area has polished up a bitYep, and they're having a Jimmy Buffet tribute in September.

5.11 makes some button downs that are no different than 90% of the button downs out there .Same, just OWB and not IWB.
