so what I'd like to add is that if you're in a suit and have an earpiece and wearing dark sunglasses near a celebrity/politician etc, we all know you are a bodyguard and the point of concealed carry is somewhat mooted. Otherwise a decent article but does come off a bit like a Glock ad.

A Glock with a Brooks Brother's suit has always seemed antithetical. You should wear WalMart polyester suits with Glocks. SIG or HK or custom with bespoke suits. That is your fashion advice for today's gun toting gentleman.

Say what you want, Glock has established itself with 65% or more of LE, Security and Military adoptions and the marketing is second to none woth training and parts/factory support. And I say that’s a someone that prefers DA/SA guns and M&P shoot better for me personally but if I was in charge of an agency Glock is hard to beat!

A Glock is a Glock. Honestly I think there is better out there. Personally I don’t like the ergonomics of the Glock. Yes they shoot (except the 43X I had) but that’s all I’ll really say. The guys at GlockIQ fantasy about it but I rather shoot more than that.

My CZ P10C is quality made and cheaper than a Glock. My XDm’s are the same way.

Not certain that I would refer to a Glock as cheap. In the $650-$700 range new ones sell for there are many options.

By the time you fix the trigger and replace the sights they are closer to $1000 than one realizes.

I'd put a Hi-Point up against a Glock any day of the week and twice on Sunday. Talk about a grossly overrated, overpriced hunk of junk. Just because some police agencies carry them, the average joe dumbass thinks the Glock is superior. Well, I suppose someone needs to gladly pay waaaayyyyy too much for a hunk of plastic.

That’s why so many people modify them so quickly. Yes modifications can be nice but some people bought something that has quality in the first place then they would have saved money. Hell buy a CZ P10 series (comes in different forms and colors) and They saved money. I know I have turned into a little bit of a CZ fanboy but they offer a whole lot more than Glock.

I have no skin in this conversation except for the fact that if I didn't have that Glock the one time I needed it I would not be here today. Overpriced piece of junk, I think not. It is what it is- a tool and thank god I had it that day and it performed as advertised.
