Yup, the bill is loaded with a lot of foreign Aid to several countries around the world. It's a big reason the Stimulus checks will be smaller than the last go round was.

McConnell has already scheduled 12/29/20 when the Senate reconvenes to schedule a vote to override if Trump does veto the bill. Supposedly they have enough to override the veto if the House has already voted to override it on 12/28.
