The NEW Benelli M2-G1 12 Gauge: Tactical Meets Practical

I have an M1 and an M4. I’ll probably try this one, but not real soon. Or I might. I don’t know. We’ll see.

    SAC Tactical Revolver Class AAR

I’ll be taking that this year if he comes. I wish he would do a regular class closer.

    Operation Acid Gambit

Not to detract from this party Cunard story or the men involved, but damn, the MH-6 (and the entire OH6 line) has been involved in some historic events and general sh*t over the years!

What have you bought firearms related in the last 48 hours?

A new record for me. eForm filed yesterday morning, approved this morning. 21 hour turnaround! I’m glad 1990s me didn’t know about this, or I would’ve been very jealous with myself.

    Involuntary Vasectomy

I eventually got up the nerve to carry a spare appendix, but it’s a DA revolver with a hammer. I as keep my thumb on the hammer while reholstering and bending rearward. That guy was the subject of much conversation at a match yesterday. MUCH conversation.

What have you bought firearms related in the last 48 hours?

I’m not sure “bought” is the right word. At a charity match yesterday I won (door prize, not with skill) a $200 Galco certificate. Then I got a $500 Ruger-Dead Air suppressor for a $325 bid in the silent auction.

What are you doing right now??

Recovering. I worked, and sometimes participated in, a charity match for ovarian cancer yesterday. That was one long day. Sadly, few showed up. We had as many workers as participants. They got rewarded well, as I don’t think anyone went home without a lot more in prizes than they paid to...

    Tarani: The Hesitation Escalation

Steve Tarani knows his stuff and is excellent at teaching it. If you ever have the opportunity to take a class with him, do it. He is known as a knife guy, but he taught some of the best handgun classes I’ve ever had.

Ayoob: My Take on the SA-35

I stopped carrying my Brownings because vision forced me over to red dots, but I came up with a workaround. I was still carrying an iron sighted one three maybe four years ago, usually a MkIII Practical I bought then had Ted Yost work his magic on. It was my dream BHP, set up exactly how I...
