@MedicalMan, After racking the slide is your trigger in the forward position like this 1st picture? If so, after you pull the trigger does it stay in the rear position like this picture?

The pistol has to be able to dry fire, if for no other reason you have to dry fire it to disassemble it. If you can't dry fire it now you won't be able to disassemble it to fix it. I wonder if something is slightly out of place putting it back together preventing the bolt from closing...

I like my Maglula so I'll keep an eye out for it's release.
