Does anyone know where to get an upgraded 3.3 in. barrel for the XDE 9 mm ?

The fiber optic tube fell out of the front sight on my XDE and the replacements that came with it are to small and will not stay in the sight. Anyone know any tricks to get the tubes to stay in the sight or where I can get some that will fit better.
