Very good interview, appreciate the work Dale Dye has done on both sides of the camera. The movies he has made seem much more realistic than those with only untrained Hollywood type actors and producers. His and R. Lee Emery's works stand far above the others.
Never had any formal training in this subject, but when I was a youngster practiced shooting both right and left-handed. Rifles, shotguns, handguns... Even the M-60 Machine Gun! Became quite proficient either way. It is a skill everyone should learn and practice, you never know when your life...
He was a great actor, but Tombstone / Doc Holliday was his best. The whole crew was phenomenal! Sam Elliott, Kurt Russell and everyone else. But Doc's performance was so good all the way through.
Started with the XD Mod 2 .40 S&W, then the XD-E 9mm, then the XDM Elite 9mm.
They have all been excellent handguns! No misfires, good groupings, good shooting.

Still working on it, have a green dot laser on the other side (controlled by the pressure switch seen on the handguard). But am seriously considering removing the rear sight / handle and putting a RDS in it's place.
