At one point I owned both platforms and found the M1A to be more reliable and accurate at long distance. This is not me saying the AR10 was unreliable or not accurate but the M1A held a significant edge.

Last year when I spent 5 months in Montana and spoke to many people about visiting areas of Oregon and many told me not to explaining that it was not safe because of the gangs that were attacking people from out of state. This country has become a very scary sad place.
