The only time I had this problem was with a 7.62x39 upper using polymer coated steel cases. I just used a cleaning rod to knock it out and quit using that ammo.

I have a Arsenal .380 marked 9X17 on slide made in Bulgaria. I believe that it was made in the late 80's. It came with 2 mags with matching serial numbers and no box. It is accurate. Note that I blanked out the last part of the serial number using photoshop.
