I see that with my sa mil-spec and tisas stingray. My guess is that a little bit if play is normal. Too tight and failures can happen. That’s my non-gunsmith opinion.

I learned the hard way. I would spend up to an hour dry firing and would get frustrated. The other thing is that the “accuracy” observed during dry fire does not carry over into live fire. I thought i was so awesome in my basement. Then i went to the range and my bubble was burst! 🤣 It did help...

Life imitates art? We are living in strange and tumultuous times. I don’t think it has to be this way though. Reasonable people on opposite sides of the spectrum can find common ground. The problem is that someone/something is standing in the way of that happening.

yup. taxes keep going up and up here. another couple years and we'll be done with mortgage payments. then we'll just be stuck with tax and insurance, which is about half the mortgage payment itself.
