    VR60 / VR80

The 7" VR80 is 98% complete. A few little things to finish in the looks department but she is ready for the testing phase. This is a pic of the finished upper next to the barrel I started out with. Big change at 13 inches shorter and a 2 segmet suppresssor fixed to the muzzle. This pic is as it...

    Why I Love Arizona

Arizona, gotta love it. We've be great s long as we were a Red state. The illegals have over run our state. All of our state resources are being taxed to the limit and more showing up every day. Californians moving here by the 100's, some bring therio liberal woke idealogy with them. We can't...

Biden’s War on Gun Owners is Obvious

100% correct. Biden is the puppet. We must all become active to fend this onslaugt off to the best of our ability. We all know who to write to, we all can do more. If we don't, we will all suffer and it won't just be the loss of our firearms.

    VR60 / VR80

Only slightly louder than the longer versions. We all wear ear plugs don't we? I am in the processs of a 7" VR80, even closer to the ears. I'm setting this one up for a JK Armament 195 series suppressor so It will have 7/8-32 external threads for the last 1.5 inchs of the barrel. Created what I...

    VR60 / VR80

Hey Belt Fed. I'm a huge VR80 fan. I'm also an SBS fan. The VR80 lends sitself well to the short barrel configuration. My first was an 8.5 inch. Takes a bit of machining to get it there. This gun is running stock gas port holes, size wize that is. Much closer to the chamber, hotter gasses...

ATF Pistol Brace Ban Struck Down in Federal Court

Anyone have an update on the coming court battle? Court date?I have three SBR's in the ATF prison submitted during the free SBR time frame. I was told they are on indefinate hold until settled in court. The injuction was in force. They have been locked up since July 2023. Called them twice and...

Easiest home defense gun on the ears

I'd stay with the 12 ga. Thats what I use for HD. Get a linear compensator/flash can at least 3 inches long. Send that blast in the direction of the intruder. (he'll be disorentented) as well as 9 big ole pellets. (00 Buck) Don't think you will notice the blast signature with the high level of...

Too Much Tacticool: What is Truly Needed on a Home Defense Rifle?

No Sabot's unless you want to take out your neighbor. Slugs are nasty but will go thru the intruder unless you hit something hard. Birdshot not recommended as they can survive unless closer than 6 feet. 00 buck is maybe the best for HD. First two out of my mag fed are 00 buck, then comes the...

ATF Pistol Brace Ban Struck Down in Federal Court

Sure ya could. So much fun to build as well as shoot. I just purchassed a Genisis Arms GEN 12 7" Breacher. It has a recipricating barrel that reduces recoil a ton. The breacher is not attached to the barrel, it has its own frame. Barrel set in about 1.75 inches. I waited 8 months to get this gem.

ATF Pistol Brace Ban Struck Down in Federal Court

Hey BF. That VR80 SBS you like. I'm the builder. I love the SBS's. I have many. I'm also tax stamp poor. That VR80 is not difficult to build. That one has an 8.5 inche barrel. Whats difficult is to get them to run as good as any semi auto. That one does it nicely. It was my first VR80 SBS...
