My hands are not large but I put the large adapter on my Echelon compact for better grip. Mine does not have that many rounds but never a malfunction on several ammos.HST 124 is my carry round but 147s work well also.

I was 32 years Dallas Police. Retired in 07. I only recently tried a optic. The adjustment was very easy for me. I think partly because I had cataract surgery with near/far lenses so at 73 I see good close and far.
