How much spare ammo do you all carry?
Two extra mags for a total of 15rds of .45. If it is necessary for more, I dig out my old M9 with two double mag pouches if things get interesting. -

How often to the range and how many rounds?
With the M1A's about 30 - 40 rounds per week and 100rds of either 9mm or .45acp with the 1911's.
