I got out my recoil spring weight gage and the factory recoil spring on the Vickers Master Class 45 is 16#. I Replaced it with a Wilson 18#.

Yes, that is what I use on my other 1911 45’s, but was just curious as to what Larry Spec for his Master Class Pistol.

Question: I'm the proud owner of a New SA Vickers Master Class 45. I plan on shooting this a lot and want to inventory some extra Recoil springs. Can anyone tell me what the stock spring weight is for this pistol? I know the stock recoil spring for most SA 45's is 16#, but I think Larry Vickers...
