Lost Secret of Pistol Shooting: The Crush Grip

Good information, if it works. I'll give it some serious practice. Especially with a sub-compact. The sub-compacts are my low-left nemesis.

    Is Constitutional Carry a Mistake?

150 years ago, people didn't have classes, and open carry was widely the way of life if one wanted. Not everyone did open carry, but they could when they wanted or needed. That's an important choice. Hell, before that you could have a cannon if you could afford it, or a Gattlin Gun. Carrying a...

Review: Springfield SAINT Victor 9mm Pistol

Sadly, in my state (Colorado) and many (too many) others this is unavailable. Hell in Colorado they are trying to make gas operated "removable" magazine firearms illegal. Currently, the bill has been modified to require government approval, paid training, registration, and of course there's our...

Springfield Armory at the SHOT Show

Doesn't look like much of anything new. Color options, and a shorter barreled model. Maybe something more is in development. I'd like to see some added emphasis toward the 10mm caliber. Maybe (fingers crossed) in the Echelon platform. That said, love SA.

Lucas Oil Extreme Duty Bore Solvent Review

Thanks for the reply. I’ll have to reconsider with Midway. I’m still waiting on a suppressor for my Hellion but once I get it (damn ATF) I’ll need a quantity for soaking. Walmart was showing a great deal on multiple quart sized, but I can’t justify buying a case even at the price right now. Stay...

Lucas Oil Extreme Duty Bore Solvent Review

Not I, and Amazon has been the worst. Lucky to get 1/2 the product still in the bottle.

Lucas Oil Extreme Duty Bore Solvent Review

Thanks, and I know I can find it at numerous places online. However, it seems that 95% of the time I order online a liquid it's delivered leaking, so I just don't try anymore.

Lucas Oil Extreme Duty Bore Solvent Review

I just sent an email to Lucas Oil asking why I can't find this locally anymore, and that it's been months (here in Colorado). I really like their products and hate switching once you find a great one.

Lucas Oil Extreme Duty Bore Solvent Review

Can't seem to find any of the bore cleaner/solvent locally anymore. It's as if Sportsman Warehouse and Cabela's has stopped carrying it or can't restock it. Shipping through Amazon or WalMart is available, but I ALWAYS get leaking packages from them with liquids. Can't seem to find any news...

    Springfield Armory XD Mod.3 Review

I have no need, it's been filled, for a 9mm 10 round (Colorado has a 15 round limit). Sure it's a cheaper option for some, but the niche IMO is limited. Wish they would focus on a new niche like a 10mm Echelon which would be much larger (again) IMO.

Why Is This Ayoob’s Favorite 1911 for Training?

Springfield 1911-a1 MilSpec .45, not what I walked in to buy as my first, but the Jarhead behind the counter preached why I should for what I wanted. After jumping through BS government paperwork hoops, and missing a sale, I was right back at the shop 1 day after the government declared "oops...

Silencer Central Banish Speed K Review: The Backpressure Buster?

Call their customer service. I asked about the difference and the non-titanium version was recommended. Honestly, exactly why I don't remember. I do believe durability had something to do with it, and heat. GL Waiting on mine.

Is Drawing Your Gun a Mistake?

You sure seem (think) to know what "a lot" of people know, and what "training" they require. Do you think I need this training you mention? If so why would you assume so? What gives your "impression" any weight over other people you don't know (though claim you do)? The biggest mistake a lot...

Is Drawing Your Gun a Mistake?

I agree pretty much. My choice on when to run, and when to defend "mine" may defer, as many will.

Is Drawing Your Gun a Mistake?

California, just show your firearm....no pointing needed. Unless within your dwelling (I believe), not property..DWELLING.
