I can confirm that Springfield Armory does not sell the screws for this mount and Sig Sauer does not wan to comment on the issue with the screws included with the Romeo. But...I did contact Ace hardware and they actually sell the M4x10 with 0.70 pitch needed for this mount. Will comment once I...
