Las Vegans! Got a favorite LGS intown here?

I’m relatively new in the game here. I’ve been by a few stores, ReconArms was wonderful, nice store layoit and a solid inventory. And been to our local Sportsman’s Warehouse. Hoping to get some other recommendations from the locals. I’m tuned more towards handguns and hunting rifles, not so...

    20 MOA rail for Waypoint

Glad to see another Waypointer. I went through some long research before I finally ended up with mine. (Ended up picking up a Sig Cross and Savage Impulse along the way). Fierce was probably a runner up. Curious what was your buying experience? Why the Waypoint? Did you have a second choice?

    20 MOA rail for Waypoint

Interesting but I can’t find anything that shows my new Waypoint came with a 20 MOA rail.

I bought the 6.5 PRC recently without any trouble or delays I’d get another LGS

    How important is price?

Something like a Ronin seems harder to find now. This is something I’d probably pay a premium for.

For me any Nighthawk 1911 or something Ed Brown or even Dan Wesson. Tough to justify $$$

    Would you buy a Canik?

I’ve been by several of my LGS and they all have them in stock. Not sure if that’s a good thing or bad thing. Testimony to Canik’s distribution system though. I do like the sights, price point is good and aesthetically they’re not bad Imo. I’m not quite there though.

Turkey made, no spare magazines around but would you own one?

    How important is price?

Lots of interesting comments here. I research a gun very thoroughly before I pull the trigger (forgive the pun) on a purchase. It could take me weeks sometime until I’m satisfied the gun is worthy of my cash. Then I go in to buy it and end up with a unfamiliar second gun I see there just for...

    How important is price?

I always feel l should support my local mom and pop gunstore. I buy a few guns every month and often see them cheaper at Sportsman Warehouses or BPS than what my local dealer quotes. But a always feel there’s a loyalty factor staying with my dealer. Occasionally, I’ve picked up something on...
