When you're a left-handed shooter shooting right-handed AR's you can tell even non-suppressed. It forces it downward (radian type sd)into the lower unlike the pri that has a channel to move it out the handle only 1 direction

Radian sd/sl PRI gas buster Those are the only 2 I know of. I do have several of the radian's and maybe 2 pri's. As far as gas goes I'm a lefty shooting right-handed rifles/ar's so I haven't noticed any blowback. 8" is the shortest pcc i have and 8.5" in rifle cartridges.
