I do not have a crossbreed but have heard good things. For OWB i use a safariland. I have no issues with the Vedder.

I have the Pearce extension and i like it. No need for talon grips. Try it first before putting them on. I did swap the factory sights for night sights with a big orange front sight. I carry it in a IWB Vedder Light Tuck holster.
