I got the email also. I looked at the sub 2k before (as a shtf tool) but the twist is an interesting upgrade since the big down fall of the gen 1 & 2 was you couldn't add optics and use the folding feature. I have the Ruger PC carbine now.

Thanks. Promise, I won't get upset. As I get older the eyes don't focus as well and the hands (fingers) aren't as nimble as they use to be, so bad shooting can happen on any day. 🙄 That doesn't mean I'm gonna stop shooting and trying new things anytime soon. 😎

Weaver. Never thought about isosceles. I was always told spread the feet and lean forward a little to control the recoil. Maybe I'll try isosceles next trip to the range ... that will be tomorrow.

I put tritium sight on 2 pistols. I have a cheaper sight tool that is a little difficult to operate but it eventually gets the job done.

It has never seemed useful or a comfortable shooting position to me on any AR or rifle ... so I've never owned one.

True, it jambs with most ammo. With ammo it likes my wife use to speed shoot from the hip all 18 rounds at targets as fast as I could load it. But we haven't been out in a gravel pit doing that for many years now.
