About to get some dessert Breyers lactose free ice cream with peanut butter M&Ms on top.... Today turned into a long day that included being driven around touring the county. A 1 hour specialty dr. visit took a 6 hour tour there and to get back to my room....- no life

Forums especially ones that are "old" get to be a PITA from the mods. A forum i had an account in since 2013 i was back into about 6 months ago when i got internets access, banned me when 2 months ago. I have no clue to why, i replied to threads and made posts in my journal thread and bye bye...- no life

Chomping down some CTC and then doing my 10minute carhole "workout" i'm adding a set to the leg-lifts..... and the weather predictor says no rain till the late afternoon so a 4 lap walk will happen after the workout.... Have a good day errybody....- no life
