My FN Reflex screws came with teflon on them and manual said not to use loctite. Also torque value was only 7 inch pounds, crazy.

I don’t care for loctite either, went with teflon tape and hand tightened.

I noticed the spring on right side, definitely wouldn’t want to put the wrong screw length in there, interesting about possible loctite debris dropping there.

Optic came this morning, didn’t want to sit flush, manhandled it and hand tightened without loctite. Adjusted dot at home, adjusted both ways to get dot sitting on front site. Arrived at range with 200 rounds shooting at 15 yards. Shot first 10 rounds bench rested, home sighting was good...

Experiencing the same problem with my SMSc which I just received this morning - monkeying around trying to get it flush.

I left the OEM trigger in my Hellcat, looks fine, no issues but installed the Mcarbo striker and associated springs a few days ago. Kit really cleaned up trigger action nicely, reduced pull and that’s without polishing anything - expecting some improved accuracy at today’s range session.
