sa doesn't offer much when it comes to parts as it's mainly mags along with a few other accessories. you'd need to try an aftermarket company or just get the 1 you have milled. there are rear sight rds oprions. remove the rear sight and install 1 that uses the dove-tail to hold the rds...

btw, i've use needle nosed plyers to remove those types of screws before and 2 watch type screwdrivers also.....no damage to the screws. you could insert 2 just small enough phillips type into the holes and use a flat blade to help unscrew.
