You would think a few years would help but this guy seems like the type that really could care less what direction his life is going. After however many years he will probably just return to the same old thing.

I guess I'm old fashion. My carries are multiple 9mms & 380s occasionally. My Heavy hitter is 40 s&w. After all, we all had to stop shooting 40 s&w because it recoiled too much, now we have to buy .45s or 10mm because they deliver more foot pounds ... I'm sooo confused! Never saw a reason...

Maybe 35 is the lucky number where they get to keep him locked up???

Might I suggest more than just a dot, try one with a circle/dot. It helps my old eyes find the reticle itself and get on target. This is the Holosun HS507C X2 reticle.

Just curious, i've never seen one but I'm online at Holosun looking at the specs for the HS507COMP and to my surprise it says it has "Video Recording : Internal". I don't see anything about it in it's downloaded manual so I'm guessing this is a misprint in the specs. Am I wrong?

I've looked at these in the past but never pulled the plug. Let us know how they work for you.

The plate is the XD Mod 3 plate 1 from SA store, #XD5071. I was figuring 18 inch pounds anyway. Downloaded the Holosun manual and it specs 15 inch pounds w/blue threadlocker.

I have received my 1st ever optic plate to install on my new XD Mod 3 and I have the Holosun 507C X2 Red Dot ordered. Since there is no paper work accompanying the plate I'm just curious what the torq spec for the plate should be? I imagine the Holoson will have a torq spec in the manual for...

Got my XD mod 3, plate 1, for Christmas so I stopped by my Small LGS today and ordered a Holosun 507C X2 Red. It may tale a little longer to get it ordering through them but they always give me a fantastic price, far below most online prices. So a little wait is worth it.

I take all the wiggle out. Enough where they don't wiggle but not so much that there is too much tension on the 2 upper-to-lower takedown pins when taking apart for cleaning.

I have my resident state of PA CCW as well as non-resident UT & AZ. This allows me reciprocity in 40+ states. The states that are left I have to do individually. Mostly I just skip those states and spend my vacation money in the more friendly states.

I have the same rifle. Check the upper to lower tension adjustment inside the grip. If the upper can move or wiggle on the lower then your shots can go all over.
